Enrollment & Cancellation

Enrollment Policy

Computer Tree Professional Training is valued for its ability to provide the most effective training by offering small class sizes.  While we understand scheduling conflicts can arise, especially at the last minute, a cancellation less than seven days prior to the class date can cause great difficulty to the instructor and the other students.

To be eligible for a full refund, please submit a written notice of cancellation to Computer Tree 15 days prior to the first day of class.

As a general rule, courses will be offered only when they meet the minimum enrollment thresholds enumerated below:

Cancellation Policy

In order to cancel or reschedule a training class, please submit an email request to training@computertree.com

Please submit all cancellation requests no later than 15 days prior to the scheduled course date in order to receive a full refund of paid registration fees.

Changes within 14 business days prior to the class can only be accepted in cases of great personal emergency. We do no order refunds, but we may be able to allow rescheduling. Such cases must be discussed with management. However, you can send another person in your place. Computer Tree Professional Training reserves the right to cancel any training course due to insufficient enrollment at least 7 calendar days prior to the scheduled course date. Notice will be provided with the option to reschedule for a future class or to receive a full refund of registration fees.

Computer Tree Professional Training is not responsible for any expenses incurred by the customer if a training course is cancelled.

If a training class is cancelled due to any unforeseen circumstances, such as weather or natural disaster, the customer is entitled to reschedule for a future training course.
